Comments

Media

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When placing an order with Cali Gold Delivery, we submit order information, including, but not limited to, Full Customer Name, Delivery Address, Date of Birth, and product IDs and Batch IDs of items ordered with a timestamp to Metrc, a Track-and-Trace system for reporting Cannabis sales to the state, as well as our Point-of-Sale Software, GrowFlow, for compliance.

Information may also get shared with Onfleet, a routing and logistics software, to efficiently route orders to drivers and comply with local regulations.

All information associated with customers, orders, and products are managed and handled by our customized Cannabis Delivery Management System (CDMS), created and hosted by WeebMedia, LLC.

Due to California and Sacramento Cannabis Regulations, we must retain this data to remain compliant and keep our Cannabis License in good-standing.
